When someone relocates they often seek information about physicians, specialists, hospitals and other types of health care, such as extended care. Is there a resource in Hollywood for health care information?

If such self-insurance is indeed possible, would it provide coverage to the physician employee even after he left the employment. In other words is it an occurrence policy?
Can Osteopaths work at regular hospitals like ohhhh i dont know Kaiser Permanente or a goverment hospital? Or are their resumes only accepted at Osteopathic hospitals or can they work and apply at any hospital?
Can hospitals in New York State self insure hospital employed physicians against medical malpratice?
